Official Rules

IWON Instant Win July 2009

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The IWON Instant Win Games, which include Spin 2 Win, IWON Prize Machine, Search To Win the Instant Win Bonus Game, and Prize Pop, collectively known as the "Promotions", are offered and open only to legal residents of United States and its territories (except residents of Puerto Rico) and Canada (except residents of Quebec) at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Employees and directors of SCA Promotions ("SCA), and Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., d/b/a IWON.com ("Sponsor"), their respective parent companies, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you (and your parents and legal guardians if you are a minor) agree to these "Official Rules" and that the decisions of Sponsor and SCA are final and binding in all respects.

Void in Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec and where prohibited.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Promotional period begins on July 1, 2009 at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on the earlier of (i) August 1, 2009 at 2:59:59 a.m. ET or (ii) the awarding of prizes through the Promotion, which in the aggregate, have a total value of $112,000 (the "Promotional Period"). Sponsor shall post notice at www.IWON.com upon completion of the Promotional Period.

3. SPIN 2 WIN

To enter the IWON Spin 2 Win Game, access the IWON web site at www.IWON.com (the "Website"). On the homepage you will find the Spin 2 Win Prize Wheel.

If you are currently a member of IWON, and signed into your account, the first time you access the game during a Day you will be credited twenty (20) spins or such other number that may be designated by sponsor for play. If you are not a registered member of IWON or not signed in as a member of the website, you will be credited with five (5) spins or such other number that may be designated by sponsor for play. Once unregistered members, or members not signed into their account, have completed their five (5) spins, you will be prompted to either sign into your existing account or register an account. Once this is completed you will receive twenty (20) additional spins. You will not be credited with additional spins should you leave a Play Page and then re-access it during the Day (unless you earn spins for the Day in another manner, as described below), nor will you receive spins for any Day on which you did not access a Play Page. Spins which you have earned during any Day, but which remain un-played by the end of the Day will expire at the end of that Day and will not be carried forward to subsequent Days. The number of spins available to you, and the number of spins you have taken at any time for the Day will be displayed on the spin counter, which is viewable on the Spin 2 Win module on the homepage. While every effort will be made to assure that the spin counter is correct, technical difficulties may, at times, make this problematic. While Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to assure that all spins due any participant be recorded and given to that participant, Sponsor assumes no responsibility for such technical difficulties and the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.

Throughout the Sponsor Site, there may be links and site activities that will allow you to earn additional spins of the Spin 2 Win Prize Wheel. When you click on those links or participate in such site activities, you will receive the number of spins associated with that activity.

To play, click on the Spin 2 Win "spin" button located on the Spin 2 Win interface. The virtual Prize Wheel will spin. If the "pointer" is pointing at a prize once the Prize Wheel comes to a complete stop, then you win the prize for that spin (subject to verification). Any other attempt at Internet or email entry, or any attempt to spin through any other means is void.

Once your spin counter reaches zero (0), you will be prompted to provide up to five (5) valid email addresses of friends, family members or business associates who are at least thirteen (13) years old to which Sponsor will send an email on your behalf advising the recipient about IWON. Sponsor will not sell, disclose or share the email addresses you provide to any third party (except to the extent that Sponsor may share the email addresses on a strictly confidential basis with any service provider which assists Sponsor in forwarding such emails). You will receive (1) Spin of the Spin 2 Win Prize Wheel for each email address. You may enter up to five (5) email addresses per day for a total of 5 spins maximum per day. Please have the email sent only to those persons with whom you have either personal or professional relationships and that you feel would be interested in hearing about IWON. Should you provide Sponsor with invalid or ineligible email addresses, you may lose the Spins earned for this email address. Further, provide only one (1) valid email address for any person; if a person has more than one (1) email address, provide only one of their email addresses.

Sponsor's computer system shall be the official computer for the random selection of winners. Winners, and the prizes won by each winner, will be determined by the random spin of the Spin 2 Win Prize Wheel set in motion by the participant and the spin number (subject to verification).

Sponsor reserves, at its sole option, the right to increase the number of spins made available to each participant per Day, and to change which prizes are available to be awarded on any particular spin, subject to notice deemed appropriate by Sponsor.

When a prize is awarded by the Game, a pop-up box will appear on the Play page notifying you that you have won a prize (subject to verification). The pop-up box will advise you how to proceed to verify that you are a winner and claim the prize upon verification. Winners may also be notified of verification by regular mail, email, phone, or overnight express mail. In some instances, a winner will be required to acknowledge, execute and/or return the Affidavit and Releases referenced in Section 9 below before a prize will be awarded. Failure to claim a prize within thirty (30) days of the date on which the prize is awarded shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. IWON PRIZE MACHINE

To enter the IWON Prize Machine Game, access the IWON web site at www.IWON.com (the "Website"). On the homepage, within the Spin 2 Win game module, click on the "IWON Prize Machine" icon. This will prompt the IWON Prize Machine game to appear in place of the Spin 2 Win game.

If you are currently a member of IWON, and signed into your account, the first time you access the game during a Day you will be credited twenty (20) spins or such other number that may be designated by sponsor for play. 5. SEARCH TO WIN

To enter the Search To Win Game, access the IWON web site at www.IWON.com (the "Website") and type a search word or term into the Ask Search field at the top of the homepage. If this Search is randomly selected, you will receive a pop-up in addition to the search results. Within the pop-up window you will see the prize that you have won and be prompted to fill out the claim form. If you are an unregistered member, or member not signed into their account, and you have won, you will be prompted to either sign into your existing account or register an account. You will then be able to redeem your prize by clicking on the "click to redeem" button, which will generate another pop-up box which will advise how to proceed to verify that you are a winner and claim the prize, upon verification. Winners may also be notified of verification by regular mail, email, phone, or overnight express mail. In some instances, a winner will be required to acknowledge, execute and/or return the Affidavit and Releases referenced in Section 9 below before a prize will be awarded. Failure to claim a prize within thirty (30) days of the date on which the prize is awarded shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

The Search to Win Game is limited to the first six hundred and sixty-seven (667) searches made each Day, as defined in Section 2 above, by registered members who are signed into their account. If you are not signed in to your account, or are an unregistered member the Search to Win Game is limited to the first five (5) searches.

Limit Six Hundred Seventy-two (672) Searches per person per day.

Sponsor's computer system shall be the official computer for the random selection of winners. Winners, and the prizes won by each winner, will be determined by random searches that are set in motion by the participant.

Sponsor reserves, at its sole option, the right to change which prizes are available to be awarded on any particular search, subject to notice deemed appropriate by Sponsor.

6. INSTANT WIN BONUS GAME

To enter the Instant Win Bonus Game, access the IWON website at www.IWON.com (the "Website"). Complete the registration form for membership in the IWON web service (if you have not already registered) by filling out your full name, zip code, date of birth, email address, and any other requested fields and follow the instructions at the web site. By becoming a registered member of the IWON service you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the IWON Terms of Service and to receive emails from IWON. You may opt-out of the receipt of such email by following the directions in the email or on the Web site. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the IWON web site, any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void.

On the Website's homepage you will find various links to different interactive games, such as Mah Jong and Text Twist. You may also access games using the tabulated links located at the top of the page, which will generate a drop-down menu, for each game category, in which you can select an interactive game. Games are divided into five (05) categories: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Any game without a designation will be deemed to fall under the Copper category. To access each level, you must have achieved a certain level of "lifetime" coins, as listed on the member's profile page. "Lifetime" coins are the total coins earned by the member since May 5th, 2008.

Copper level: Zero (00) to One hundred thousand (100,000) coins
Bronze level: One hundred thousand and one (100,001) to five hundred thousand (500,000) coins
Silver level: Five hundred thousand and one (500,001) to two million (2,000,000) coins
Gold level: Two million and one (2,000,001) to ten million (10,000,000) coins
Platinum level: Over ten million (10,000,000) coins

If you have not earned the required level of coins for the game you are requesting to play, you will be notified that the game is "locked", You will then be prompted to either continue playing unlocked games until you reach the minimum coins required for the particular "locked" game or you can download the IWON toolbar. The IWON toolbar is a free software application and is subject to the End User License Agreement available here. If you have the IWON toolbar installed, you will be able to play any level of game. If you uninstall or otherwise disable the toolbar, you will no longer be able to play games that are above your "level" and are "locked".

Once you click on any of the named games you will be taken to the introductory page for that game. (Sponsor reserves the right to add, delete or change the level of any particular game(s) with or without notice from time to time at any time.). When you access a particular game's introductory page there will be a picture of the game. The rules for that game will either be located within the game's play page or by clicking the "Game Rules" button. By clicking on the "Game Rules" button you will be taken to a page which explains how to play the game. (Note: While many of the games when played in the real world have differing rules depending on where a particular game is played, the instructions and rules for any particular game on the Sites will be the only instructions and rules for that game.) To play a particular game, click on the picture of the game and follow the instructions and rules for that game.

Once you have completed a game, if this play is randomly selected, you will receive the Instant Win Bonus Game pop-up. Within the pop-up window a "Prize Vault" will appear and your cursor will be in the form of a coin, which you will utilize to scratch off the "Lucky # ticket" in the lower portion of the pop-up. This will reveal a three (3) digit code. Click on the "Try your code" button to try the numbers on the virtual "vault". If the numbers do not "open" the vault, you are not a winner of the game. If the numbers "open" the "vault" it will reveal that you are a winner of the prize located within the "vault" (subject to verification). You will then be prompted to redeem your prize by clicking on the "click to redeem" button, which will generate an additional pop-up box which will advise you how to proceed to verify that you are a winner and claim the prize upon verification. Winners may also be notified of verification by regular mail, email, phone, or overnight express mail. In some instances, a winner will be required to acknowledge, execute and/or return the Affidavit and Releases referenced in Section 9 below before a prize will be awarded. Failure to claim a prize within thirty (30) days of the date on which the prize is awarded shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Prize Pop

To enter the Prize Pop Game, access the IWON website at www.IWON.com (the "Website"). Your cursor will be in the form of a "pin", which you will utilize to "pop" one of the three (3) balloons. If, after the balloon is popped, it states "Sorry", then you are not a winner. If, after the balloon is popped, it states "It's Party Time", you are a winner of the prize listed. (subject to verification). You will then be prompted to redeem your prize, by clicking on the "click to redeem" button, which will generate an additional pop-up box which will advise you how to proceed to verify that you are a winner and claim the prize upon verification. Winners may also be notified of verification by regular mail, email, phone, or overnight express mail. In some instances, a winner will be required to acknowledge, execute and/or return the Affidavit and Releases referenced in Section 9 below or tax-related documentation before a prize will be awarded. Sponsor reserves, at its sole option, the right to randomly seed additional prizes throughout the Promotional Period. If any electronic, digital, computer or any other error causes prize to exceed the total approximate retail value of $95,000, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only prizes equaling that sum by random drawing from all legitimate claims made.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4. HOW TO ENTER

TO ENTER BY INTERNET: To receive 1 entry into either the Daily, Weekly or Monthly Sweepstakes drawing, you must exchange 100 Coins from your "bank". To exchange your Coins into a sweepstakes entry, access the prize page by clicking on the "My Entries" button. You will be taken to a Sweepstakes page. 5. DRAWING

Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. If a potential winner from Canada cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within five (5) days of notification, or the question is not correctly answered, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Winners, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner) may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected.

Failure to claim a prize, not requiring the documentation above, within 30 days, shall result in the forfeiture of the prize.

By accepting a prize a winner, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), agrees that any Affidavit and/or Releases, and any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Sponsor electronically, for example but not limited to, by email or by facsimile, and such secured Affidavit and/or Releases and permission will have the same force and effect as if any of them had been secured in a written document which was physically executed by the winner.

Further, by accepting a prize, each winner, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, SCA, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

9. DISPUTES

6. PRIZE/ODDS Annual Prize: There will be one "Annual Prize" awarded for the entire Sweepstakes Period. The Annual Prize winner will receive either One Million dollars ($1,000,000) paid as an annuity in installments of $40,000 per year, without interest for the first 25 years or, One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) paid as a lump sum payment. The Annual Prize amount shall be determined by random drawing, provided that the Annual Prize is guaranteed to be at least One Hundred Thousand dollars. Odds of winning the Annual Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. The random drawing to determine the dollar amount of the Annual Prize shall be conducted as determined by Sponsor provided that the odds of the Annual Prize winner winning the One Hundred Thousand dollars ($100,000) lump sum will be 99:100 and the odds of winning the One Million dollar ($1,000,000) annuity will be 1:100. Such qualified prize option could be subject to the requirements of section 451(h) of Title 26 of the U.S. Code, including the requirement that such an option be exercised within sixty (60) days of the Winner's entitlement to receive such Annual Prize. The IWON Team Challenge Promotion (the "Promotion") is offered and open only to legal residents of the United States and its territories (except residents of Puerto Rico) and Canada (except residents of Quebec), at least 13 years old at the time of entry, who are registered users of IWON.com, as set forth below. Employees and directors of Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., d/b/a IWON.com ("Sponsor"), its respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you (and your parents and legal guardians if you are a minor) agree to these rules ("Official Rules") and that the decision of Sponsor is final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

To enter the IWON Team Challenge, you must access the IWON web site at www.IWON.com (the "Website") and complete the free registration form for the IWON web service (if you are not already registered) by filling out your zip code, date of birth, email address, and any other required fields, and by following the instructions at the Website. By becoming a registered user of the IWON service (a "User") you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the IWON Terms of Service and to receive periodic emails from IWON. You may opt-out of the receipt of such emails by following the directions in the email or on the Web site. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the Website, any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void.

At various places throughout the Website you will find one or more Team Challenge-designated modules or other links. By clicking on these modules or links, you will be directed to the Team Challenge Homepage. On this page you will see a list of Featured Charities and IWON Community Causes. "Featured Charities" are all registered, IRS-designated 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organizations. "IWON Community Causes" are teams created by a User, and may benefit a not-for-profit charity, a for-profit business, the User themselves, or any other person or organization chosen by the User creating the team. All IWON Community Causes created after July 1, 2009 will be required to list the person, company or organization that will be the recipient of any prize won under this promotion. For teams created prior to July 1, 2009, if the creator does not edit the team profile by July 31, 2009 to designate a recipient, the creator themselves will receive any winnings that may occur under this promotion at the time of winning. IWON Community Causes teams, team names and described purposes are neither screened nor monitored and, accordingly, Sponsor does not and cannot ensure the validity or accuracy of , and shall not be held responsible for any IWON Community Causes team or its described purposes.

A "team" is made up of one or more Users that have agreed to participate in the Team Challenge and to "apply" their coins toward this promotion. Subject to maximums and/or other limitations, the number of coins earned by all team members will be aggregated and applied to the team total, with the aggregated amount listed under "Coins Earned". The coins "applied" to the Team Challenge will not be deducted from the individual member's Coin Bank and may still be used to enter IWON Sweepstakes. For information on how to earn coins or the odds on winning coins, please see the official rules for each coin-earning game, promotion or contest. A maximum of 1,224,000 coins, comprised of 1,000,000 maximum from Casino games, 200,000 maximum from regular coin-awarding games, 20,000 maximum for search and 3,000 maximum for sending Tell-a-Friend emails may be applied to a team per day by each member. The "Coins Earned" entry on any team page is a running tally, and is subject to final review at the end of the Promotion Period.

You may only be a member of one team, from either category (not both), at any given time. If you have joined a team, you can remove your affiliation with that team and join another team or no team at any time during the promotion. All coins earned during your affiliation with a team will remain with that team, even if you leave and join another team during the Promotion. Any new coins earned will be applied to your new team or to no team if you choose to no longer participate. If a team is deleted by the team creator or by the Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules, all coins applied to such team will be nullified and will not apply to any new team the User joins.

If you wish to create your own team, please click on "Create New Team" at the top of the Team Challenge Homepage. You will be asked to list the team name and a description of the team, as well as other information. Once created, you will be able to invite other Users to join your team.

COINS HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR ANY CASH EQUIVALENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By way of example, and not limitation, coins cannot be purchased, transferred, conveyed, assigned, licensed, donated, sold, bartered, or transferred for cash or other consideration.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Users may not enter the Promotion with multiple email and/or multiple identities nor may team members use any device or artifice to obtain coins or to exceed any coin maximums or other limitations. 4. PRIZE/ODDS
The Featured Charity team with the highest amount of verified Coins Earned will be deemed the Grand Prize Featured Charity winner of the Promotion, and will receive $5,000 USD ($5,625 CAD). The IWON Community Cause team with the highest amount of verified Coins Earned will be deemed the Grand Prize IWON Community Cause winner of the Promotion, and will receive $5,000 USD ($5,625 CAD).

The Featured Charity team with the second highest amount of verified Coins Earned will be deemed the 1st Runner-Up Featured Charity winner of the Promotion, and will receive $2,000 USD ($2,250 CAD). The IWON Community Cause team with the second highest amount of verified Coins Earned will be deemed the 1st Runner-Up IWON Community Cause winner of the Promotion, and will receive $2,000 USD ($2,250 CAD).

The Featured Charity team with the third highest amount of verified Coins Earned will be deemed the 2nd Runner-Up Featured Charity winner of the Promotion, and will receive $1,000 USD ($1,125 CAD). The IWON Community Cause team with the third highest amount of verified Coins Earned will be deemed the 2nd Runner-Up IWON Community Cause winner of the Promotion, and will receive $1,000 USD ($1,125 CAD).

Total Actual Retail Value of the Promotion is $16,000 USD.

The prize won by the Featured Charity team will be paid directly to the designated charity by Mindspark Interactive Network. No portion of this prize will be given to any of the team members. The prize won by the IWON Community Cause team will be paid to the designee listed by the User who created the team. If no designee is listed the prize will be paid directly to the User who created the team. No portion of this prize will be given to any of the team members, and any arrangement between team members to share a prize shall remain solely between such members, and Sponsor shall have no liability for any such arrangement. Winning teams will be announced on or about the 7th day of August 2009.

Odds of winning depends on the number of team members and the skill of the members for each game and the odds of the Prize Machine and Spin2Win promotions which are set forth in their respective official rules.

To be declared a winner for any of the prizes offered through the Promotion, the creator of a potential winning team who is from Canada will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a 4-function mathematical skill-testing question in no more than 5 minutes, the test to be administered by telephone. If a potential winner from Canada cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within seven (7) days of notification, or the question is not correctly answered, the prize will be forfeited.

Canadian residents may be subject to withholding taxes and Canadian residents are responsible for the reporting and payment of any income taxes. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted (except as provided herein.) Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if due to prize unavailability. No cash redemptions. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. 5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner) may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a W-9 or other tax documentation, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected.

Where permitted by law, in Sponsor's discretion, winner, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), agrees to grant to Sponsor and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's direction or control (and confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notification, review or approval.

Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Sponsor may in its sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity.

By accepting a prize a winner, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), agrees that any Affidavit and/or Releases requested by Sponsor, and any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Sponsor electronically, for example but not limited to, by email or by facsimile, and such secured Affidavit and/or Releases and permission will have the same force and effect as if any of them had been secured in a written document which was physically executed by the winner.

Further, by accepting a prize, each winner, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or team it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the Website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Any team with a member found using the foregoing methods is also subject to disqualification, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or promotion service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked. The accumulation of coins generated through robotic, automatic, macro, or like methods is also strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the Automated Cheat was used in connection with your account. Sponsor's determination of whether a User is accumulating coins generated through Automated Cheats or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules is in Sponsor's sole discretion. 6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture such information, whether caused by web site users, tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site.
